Why Can’t Roku Connect to the Internet and How to Fix it?

Solution 1: Power-Cycling Devices
Since there might be the buildup of a corrupt DNS cache inside the router, which can prevent the devices from being able to connect to certain services, we will be power-cycling both the router and the TV. In order to do that:
Solution 2: Resetting TV to Factory Defaults
In some cases, if the TV’s software has been affected, we will be resetting the TV back to its factory defaults. This will clear out any issues with the software and configure the settings according to the factory defaults. Make sure to make note of any important settings that you changed or backup important data.
