Spider-Man Miles Morales Debuting on PC this Fall

It was today that the official PlayStation Youtube Channel revealed the teaser trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales for the PC that is set to release this fall of 2020.

The Youtube description for the teaser trailer states: Spider-Man Miles Morales was originally released back in November 2020. Miles Morales was a pretty flashy debut for Miles with his very own standalone game. The title featured a story as engaging as the original Marvel’s Spider-Man while also building upon the lore of the standalone franchise. Insomniac did great to fix and polish every small concern and gripe that players had with the first installment of the series. Although the game is smaller than its first iteration, every facet of the game has been thoroughly improved, whether it be the already incredible swinging mechanics, the captivating storytelling, or Peter Parker’s return to the game with meaningful updated side missions. Although the game was released for the PlayStation 4, it was one of the better and greater launch titles for the PlayStation 5. Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales took great advantage of Ray Tracing Implementations, enhanced lighting, global illumination, and superior particle effects to make every inch of New York City look all the more impressive. The title got a 60 FPS bump compared to the PS4’s 30 FPS cap which made the title feel all the more fluid and satisfying to traverse. Players can now add the game to their wishlist and purchase it when it launches this fall in 2020. The official system requirements for the game have been listed on the Steam Marketplace. The Steam Listing Description states: MINIMUM: OS: Windows 10 64-bit 1909 Processor: Intel Core i3-4160, 3.6 GHz or AMD equivalent Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 950 or AMD Radeon RX 470 DirectX: Version 12 Storage: 75 GB available space RECOMMENDED: OS: Windows 10 64-bit 1909 Processor: Intel Core i5-4670, 3.4 Ghz or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 3.2 Ghz Memory: 16 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB DirectX: Version 12 Storage: 75 GB available space Additional Notes: 75 GB SSD space Recommended – Steam Listing Although Miles Morales was not as packed as the original title was, it did well to stand out as an original story within Insomniac’s Spider-Man universe. The game did a spectacular job at earning its spot as a fantastic follow-up, showcasing Mile’s Saga as he dawned the mantle of the second Spider-Man. The game improves upon the fundamentals of the first iteration with distinct gameplay, movement mechanics, and enemies. And it was an excellent way to break into your new PlayStation 5 back in 2020. The Rise of Miles Morales – Miles Morales discovers explosive powers that set him apart from his mentor, Peter Parker. Master his unique, bio-electric venom blast attacks and covert camouflage power alongside spectacular web-slinging acrobatics, gadgets and skills. A War for Power – A war for control of Marvel’s New York has broken out between a devious energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army. With his new home at the heart of the battle, Miles must learn the cost of becoming a hero and decide what he must sacrifice for the greater good. A Vibrant New Home – Traverse the snowy streets of his new, vibrant and bustling neighbourhood as Miles searches for a sense of belonging. When the lines blur between his personal and crime-fighting lives, he discovers who he can trust, and what it feels like to truly be home. – Insomniac Games The game made great use of Sony’s Dual-Sense controller, the faster SSD offering minimal load times, and the gorgeous next-gen visuals. But regardless of which generation you played on, it proved to be a worthy follow-up to one of the best Marvel games of the decade. And it’s going to be even better when it finally comes to PC this fall. Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales is currently available on the PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 and is soon coming to Windows PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
